I hath returned from my rock.

Where have I been these past few months? Truth is, I've been doomscrolling since forever, and I honestly want to stop this habit. Think of my doomscrolling as poison; it seems normal at first, but it can cause death. Death in here is the cognitive death of my brain. It is a state where I am no longer satisfied with cheap dopamine, and it leads me to feel like my life is a waste. This effect of doomscrolling seems to be common around adults, as reports have come around that doomscrolling can increase worse mental well-being, less life satisfaction, and possibly greater levels of existential anxiety. (Harvard Health Publishing, n.d.)

So yeah. I guess I'll try to work on this website a little bit more.
